The SDMX standards support a wide range of statistical activities, including data warehousing, visualization, and web dissemination. Metadata Technology has developed systems for all these types of applications. In addition to our free tools we have developed specific SDMX applications for our clients, integrating our SDMX Registry and other software into their existing IT infrastructure. We have also developed a set of rich middleware components to facilitate the integration of SDMX, soon to be released commercially. These components enable organizations to leverage the power of the standard with minimal technical resources.
SDMX is particularly well-suited to web dissemination of statistical data, and there are many good examples of sites built around the SDMX model:
